If this is an Emergency Maintenance Request please call 763-657-1957 during normal business hours (M-F 8:30am – 5pm) or call 612-889-2331 for after hours emergencies. The following are emergency maintenance situations: fire (call 911 first); no heat; major water leak and sewer backups. If it is a life-threatening emergency dial 911.

IMPORTANT: By requesting that this work be completed, Tenant acknowledges that if the repair is found to be due to misuse or abuse or the repair is not the responsibility of the Landlord as specified in your lease, Tenant may be responsible for payment of the repair per the Lease agreement. Management Company will NOT reimburse tenant for repairs ordered without our prior authorization.
